As far as I know, both lawsuits are the same. Basically, when they are restating earnings, they are saying that the numbers until now were not true and based on those previous figures, pleople purchased stock at a higher price then the stock should have realized at that time. I also understand that whether or not we hold onto the stock is irrelevant, as long as we incured losses. Why don't you give that guy a call (I posted his name earlier - his name is Ed), and discuss it with him. Don't rely solely on my understanding of his responses to my questions.
