Mike, I agree that NATIVE Texans should pay a surtax. <g>

The CNBS folks didn't seem all that glum, though their predictions all day that it had gone down as far as it could and was about to turn around didn't exactly prove their seer credentials. <g> I wonder if Joe Kernan will name himself and his fellow reporters on those bad calls. "C'mon, Joe, you said you'd call the rotten bears by their names when they were proven wrong. Now, name yourself."
