I think that the borders should be redrawn and Kosovo cease to exist. The Serb part of Kosovo should just become part of Serbia, the larger Albanian section of Kosovo should be joined with the neighbouring country Albania. The world can embark on a Marshall plan to boost the economy of Albania, after all they have thrown off the communist yoke.
