Razor, AIPN looks like a pretty sad case. And they just did a $10 M toxic convertible deal, which represents a significantly larger than average fraction of the $50 M market cap.

There are a couple of hallmarks of a possible scam stock here. The story for the stock is located in a far-away country (Kazakhstan). Insider ownership is small, and institutional owner almost nil. The co. has burned tons of cash for many years.

With the stock now trading below $1 and about 50 M shares out, this looks like a candidate for a reverse split later this year to keep the nasdaq listing. If they do a reverse split that gets the stock back above 5, it will be a very tempting short sell.
