Very nice topic, I personally like bottom fishing also, even though didn't spend much time on looking for candidates, so this thread should give us pretty good opportunities talking about stocks like that.
In term of bottom fishing, my feeling is every stock that is approching its new low falls into this category, not necessary to be below .50, like TCSI, has been on it's low for quite a long time, consolidated pretty well, when it starts to fly, it could have great potential as those under $1 stocks.
