From: newsout@canada-stockwatch.com Thu 1:35 PM Subject: Stockwatch: Northern Crown Mines Ltd - News Release Northern Crown Mines arranges 4.5-million unit financing Northern Crown Mines Ltd NCW Shares issued 18,263,141 Mar 15 close $0.07 Thu 18 Mar 99 News Release Mr. Wayne Roberts reports The company has agreed to carry out a 4.5-million unit private placement at six cents per unit. Each unit will consist of one share and a half warrant, with one whole warrant required to purchase one additional share at 10 cents for one year. In addition, the company has agreed to carry out a 750,000-unit private placement at seven cents per unit with a non-arm's length party. The units will have the same terms as the units described above. The company intends to use the proceeds for general working capital purposes and satisfaction of property acquisition costs on the Guadalupe project in Mexico.
