Hello Alex. You seem to be yet another addition to the California contingent. Where do you live in the Bay Area?? I am in west San Francisco and work downtown. Are you a transplant?

The only neighbors we got close to were across the street. They bought their house when we bought ours, about two years ago. Now they have just sold their house and are getting a divorce. A pretty acrimonious situation. So, we'll have to see what the new ones are like.
