In the race against ROK they are still miles ahead. No one has even seen a ROK based 56K work in a real life demo yet. In addtion ROK has not stated that beta testing has started or when it will be complete. Finally, some of the biggest ISP's have said they have all the necessary hardware installed and they are just waiting to be flashed by USRX so they can turn on the switch. No ISP has even hinted at being close to ready to implement ROK 56K. USRX is at the end of their journey to roll out 56K while MOT/ROK is at the very beginning of their journey. Finally at the consumer end the score is roughly USRX 3 million 56K modems sold ROK big 0 sold FF
