I really don't know who is buying, but I like to think it is the people that are involved in the current testing in the three foreign countries. It could be the patients' families or maybe the caregivers or others on the testing periphery who have witnessed for themselves good results. The timing is about right. This would be the best source of new confidence in the effectiveness of the drug. I believe that this kind of buying happened before in the Canadian trials, though the only connection was that it happened during and toward the end of those trials. Maybe there was some recommendation from some brokerage house someplace or perhaps some fund bought shares. These are always good but I like the first theory best.
