OT--Dave, I think he misunderstood your earlier post. You were talking about getting at the warlord/terrorist leaders in these countries, like Milosevich, Hussein, etc. Not elected officials. Correct? (Don't want to see this develop into another slugfest. "It depends on what next is..." You guys sounded like Bubba, yesterday.)<g> The discussion on Yugoslavia reminded me of an old joke: Question: Year 2003, How many countries in Europe? Answer: 13. One called Europe and 12 in the Balkans in what used to be Yugoslavia. Which would be funny if it weren't so awful. Best, JS
