Also partly explains why the stock looked like it hit a collapsing brick wall. Almost 3 million shares that were converted for no reason but to sell them. If the holders didn't get them all sold higher they are possibly the ones that put the lid on any rallies now. Need some good news and strong volume to clean them out and any possible other conversions into the next big rally.
