It's hard to decipher what is legitimate and what isn't. Both of the scenarios you mention seem obvious. First, NWDP clearly is being pumped and second, a strategy to gain interest in the stock is probably the intent. There's nothing wrong with that, however, the most recent press release implies exclusivity with respect to the portals when in essence this is only an agreement in principle to purchase 7.9 million banner impressions. One thing you probably wouldn't want as an investor is to have your shares converted at a ratio of 1:10 or something like that while the stock is inflated then subsequently deflates. Anything is possible and as an investor rightfully you should be concerned.
