Dave, I see a small cap tech stock that was up 3% when the NASDAQ was down 3% today- I'll take that any day. if you have time go over to audioinvestor.com and listen to the McCamant interview. Now Mr. McCamant is of the Medical Stock Newsletter and speaks about biotech stocks. But he also goes into detail about the current market in general. He thinks that small cap techs/biotechs are as cheap as they were in the 1974 bear market - "washed out" as he calls them. Heck I'm holding 7 small cap tech stocks and four of them were up today, one was even, and IFCI and INVX lost ground. We had a classic reversal on heavy volume today in a software stock BMCS... Point being that many small cap tech stocks are amazing bargains right now....
