SB, Retail doesn't matter for DELL!? Come on, since pre-historic times the writing has been on the wall ... DELL needs to get into the low end retail market, else it is doomed. And now you say it doesn't matter any more? As for business boxes sucking wind, someone needs to let Kevin Rollins know that. He was quoted saying something completely different wrt DELL's business today only. I suspect that he doesn't read the Ask Michael Burke thread. As for CPQ's channel stuffing ... don't believe that we have discussed this issue earlier. But, like I have always said, your analysis is impeccable as usual. CPQ stuffing channels is most definitely bad for DELL. ;-) -BGR.
