The dusty glove entered CoCo's mouth again. Dental school had cursory training in psychology, but Dr. Egan did not notice the chronic manic depression, much less care.

"Oh Shit", cried Egan.

Spitting the latex covered digits to the floor, the metal tray flew as CoCo sped out of the office.
