Cheeky Kid, Hi Guys/Gals- Hope you liked the Tava interview on Audioinvestor.com. Hey before we did the interview I spoke with Mr. Jenkins a bit about Y2K issues. He pointed out that one problem in the utilities industries that kind of bears on the current Y2K discussion. He noted that total failure of a process due to Y2K embedded issues may or may not occur. But a more likely potential problem is that one embedded chip somewhere in your process that keeps malfunctioning over and over and this malfunction impedes quality control in your process.

In refineries, water, wastewater treatment plants where there are strict controls on product production/quality, this type of Y2K problem while it won't shut down entire plants, will pose a serious quality control problem for utliities and manufacturers both, if not addressed, and is also hard to locate....

Finally Mr. Jenkins is a polished and eloquent man- an excellent representative IMO for both Tava and for its products, services....

Sincerely,

Doug F.
