March 24, 1999 - Today, Wednesday the government of Nova Scotia, Department of Mines is going to visit the Isaac's Harbour site. They have a guest geologist with them from Australia. This Ph.D. is an expert in the Meguma type formations that we have on our property.

Meguma formations are frequent in Australia and Nova Scotia. This is a structure type where you have large quartz veins sandwiched by enriched rock like our Grey Wacke found at Isaac's Harbour. The enrichment of our zones is with gold and other valuable minerals.

Our site is of particular interest as the dome of the formation surfaces on our claim. Actually visible cresting of the anticline and the syncline can be seen from the road at what we call vein 27.

Drilling of hole #5 right now is along the outer edge of the anticline. Future drilling calls for a vertical drop straight through the dome to see what is between the anticline and the syncline. Another hole will be cored right into the syncline quartz vein.

We hope to gain valuable information from the visiting geologist as he gets the experience of viewing our unique structure.

Forest Hill

March 24, 1999 - On Thursday last week the Nova Scotia cabinet met and we wait for the Lt. Governor to sign the decision regarding the disposition of the property. This is a former mine site where 70,000 ounces of gold were removed over the last century.

Our production manger, Doug Boddy claimed the property when the former claimant lost it due to inactivity. The former claimant then filed an appeal stating hardship and won a hearing. We expect to win but if the former does prevail we may end up operating the site, as he does not have the resources to proceed.

The Forest Hill property is situated about 12 miles north of Isaac's Harbour and is accessible by dirt road from Country Harbour. We could conceivably haul the ore to our Isaac's Harbour site for milling.
