UPDATE: CLASS ACTION civl RICO LAWSUIT VS. BARRY GWARTZ/MARSHA ROSS: JOESPH PITTERA, ESQ., TOLD ME TODAY THAT ABOUT 40 ITHC INVESTORS HAD NOW SIGNED UP FOR THE CLASS ACTION CIVIL RICO AND SECURITES FRAUD LAWSUIT VS. DR. BARRY GWARTZ AND MARSHA ROSS. He said he has had over 100 calls regarding this lawsuit (in the five days since the company release of this notice). Updates will continue to be posted here, as events warrant.
