IMO DGN has survived due to takeover rumors (candidate)... normal fare for momentum traders... not the first time this has happened to this co... the question is, how long will it last? Ciena was a darling of momentum traders for a long time due to buyout rumors by Tellabs... they hyped it, they dumped it and they stumbled over each other heading for the exits every time the hype fizzles out... Throw out all chart analysis when hype is out... it doesn't mean anything anymore... tick, bid/ask price and volume become the dominant indicators. I don't know too much about DGN but in this market climate I would be extremely careful... and I can honestly say I'm one of the more adventurous ones... In short... I won't touch it... even given the fact that it could be profitable if the rumors come true. Too risky... SF
