Often just reaching bottom is enough. Was just reading some research that CPQ has been a good buying oppotunity every year in the first qtr in recent years (you know the DDs were likely beaten up at the same time). Tech is frequently battered on end of qtr concerns that often turn out overblown due to the focus on US retail. Would be nice if we only got beaten up in July but its also been pretty common in March. A Montgomery report says that "Q1 demand worries are business as usual for the PC industry".
