Yes Salah - This is a good idea! "...May I suggest that you do the same with the BOD members and top executives..". We may not have examined the bio's of the current BOD members in enough detail. I believe there is a post up thread of the current BOD members and some information. If we can post that and perhaps add more details (ie. strengths and weakness) like 1) where they there when the WP aquasition was made, 2) how many Novell shares do they hold, 3) Do they understand the industry or provide a previous 'proven' track record in the market.

I think a discussion on this topic would provide a foundation for selecting a new BOD candidate and help in screening future SI nominees.

I will work on such a post but any contributions will help the cause.

P.S. Salah - I would be interested in your comments about Mr. Reginald Middleton of RCM Financial Group LLC (profit@rcmfinancial.com) financial analysis for Novell (http://www.rcmfinancial.com/test1/novel.htm). It is hard to argue the conclusions...dodn't you think?
