This company is a real mystery. It would appear that it has some real assets - its European licensing arrangement, its proprietary scientific intellectual property, its arbitration award against the former president; the tip fees that it does collect. What it lacks most is any positive p.r. Not that garbage is very sexy, but I was under the impression that solid waste disposal was a real problem in BSFE/WSIL's market area. I don't yet have any great need for offsetting losses this year, so I'm content to go with the flow for now. Jack
