Hi Scott, From GLOBE & MAIL - Simon Tuck ...With such ugly numbers staring them squarely in the face, many companies would prepare for a major restructuring. But that's not going to happen at Corel, Mr. O'Reilly said, because it's already been done.
Corel has already pink-slipped about 500 employees in recent months, leaving it with about 1,300 workers, sold off non-core assets, and slashed advertising and marketing spending. "I believe we're properly restructured," Mr. O'Reilly said.
"I don't think there's anything they can do," Mr. Stewart said. "They've got rid of everything."
