BCE TO SELL 20% STAKE TO AMERITECH
Deal would give U.S. phone carrier better access to eastern U.S. markets

According to the article:
-BCE have been telling politicians in Ottawa that this deal will go through today, according to staffers.
-BCE is slated to make a public announcement today.
-The deal is thought to be valued at 8.6 billion or 20% of BCE's market cap 43.1 billion.
