If, for example, it's a 20% spin-off that raises $500 million,
it means that WMB shareholders (80% owners) will benefit from
80% of the profits that ultimately will be generated from the
$500 million proceeds.

WMB's alternative would have been to incur additional interest
expense with a $500 million debt issue.
