Dave B. It is not just a can of worm, what you suggest, the illegal taking of another person's life is just as tyranic as the respective acts of the various tyrants. If you have you have a "legal" war going on (leagal war? talking about oxymoron definitions!!!!), than I would say that "the soldier" at the top is as good a target as any of the poor guys in the trenches that never wanted to be there in the first place.
