I agree 100%. But the point is do you really think there are still people
who would actually follow these bozos (e.g. Rogers, and Metz) and
give their money willingly to them! As Katherine said for example while
the US stocks were about to take off for higher grounds Mr. Rogers
recommended STRONGLY investing in a tea factory in Sri Lanka
and at the same time shorting Intel! Now I am no financial mind or
economist or an analyst but I am pretty much sure the return Mr.
Rogers and his investors have received on the Tea factory in Sri
Lanka is less than the return he would have gained on investing in
Intel!!!!!

So my question is who in his right mind would listen to Mr. Rogers?!
And if the answer is NO ONE (or at least not too many people) then
why and how can people like Rogers and Metz generate so much
volume that brokerage houses would love to keep them around?
Even contrarians would not behave based on Mr. Rogers
advise/statements. Because after a while they become so silly and
stupid that no one would take them any more serious than the
Flinstones! So I am back to square one as why and how Rogers and
Metz of the world manage to keep their jobs and money!
