I wouldn't hold my breath for a lawsuit to end. Those things last forever, particularly suits by ex-employees dismissed due to incompetence. They have a "reputation" to keep untarnished and a dismissal doesn't help him/her get a new mangagement position. While thinking about it, it occures to me that suing an ex-employer doesn't help get a new position either. So, while unemployed, the ex-employee has nothing better to do than keep the old boss in court.

Today's 20 percent rise in price indicates to me that the wisper is out in the right circles that RSYS is underpriced or some short sellers are loosing their confidence. Anyone know what the average lot size was during the day's advance?
