Does DDSI already have debt? Selling shares into the news about FBI certification is what I see going on here. A 504 placement now at .56 or better would mean 1.8 million + or - shares into the float. It's a good bet they haven't done a 504 this year yet. They can raise a million right away and the holder of the placement can sell into the news and reap large rewards. The buyers into the hype will be left holding the bag when the music stops. And the company will have the shares to do any later selling, increasing the float. And the final authority to clean up the mess later with a reverse, screwing the little guy one final time. These guys are probably ruthless and couldn't care less about they investor's they will screw. As for the positive spin your are weaving, who are you and what's your angle? Are you one of the hypes that prowl around SI? I don't know, because I don't know you. Just a legit question is all. SR
