10 Reasons to buy CRNC.

(1) Rumored conference call to be announced soon, should give the stock a quick pop (as it has in the past).

(2) The actual conference call should boost the stock as well.

(3) One of the acquirees (I think Seminole Scrap) rumored to have a major multi-million dollar contract on the table.

(4) The stated acquisitions, if completed, will bring $77 million in revenues and $1.11 per share in earnings to the company.

(5) More acquisitions are rumored to be on the table, which are expected to be immediately accretive to earnings.

(6) The company is fully reporting.

(7) CEO John Whitman Jr. has stated he will be stepping down in a few months to turn the reins over to someone with more experience in running corporations of this expected magnitude (and hopefully someone with name recoginition).

(8) Acquirees are accepting $5 stated value private stock for their companies, so obviously they feel the stock is worth at least that, if not more.

(9) After the acquisitions are complete, the company will meet all requirements (save stock price, which hopefully will take care of itself) to obtain a larger market listing.

(10) See the first 9 reasons (sorry, I was running out of material).

Obviously, there's a lot of if's involved, but that's why it's trading under a buck right now.
