Robert, I believe "Wall Street" is already in. It sure wasn't Mom and Pop and the retail hordes pushing SLB, HAL, and SII decisively up through their 200 ma's on heavy volume. That was INSTITUTIONS, my friend. It is only a matter of time before they hit the smaller names. Take a look at the volume pattern in a stock like GLBL and you'll see that in certain cases this is already starting to occur.

Wrt the price of oil, George's post that quoted Yamani is good enough for me.

Gotta buy these stocks when ALL the analysts hate them and they are losing money. Sell 'em when the analysts love 'em and they are making gobs and gobs of cash. Just like most economically sensitive CYCLICALS. Papaya King is wrong that the officers and directors didn't see the oil crash coming. They spoke in the loudest possible way, they sold and sold and sold and sold some more. In fact, they sold by the bucketfull while "Wall Street", in turn, sold these stocks to Grandma as "GROWTH STOCKS".
