OTEX, which closed yesterday at 24 15/16, has 20,187,000 shares outstanding and a market cap of approximately $500.0 MM. They own 885,201 shares of MINE. If MINE hits $50, it only adds $2.19 per share to OTEX. These backdoor plays generally sell off on the IPO day.
