The real news in GDNO's press release is that they now have financial resources to acquire great content, which will lead to revenue growth, etc. The other good news is the development of Emusic.com, and the move to the Nasdaq small cap market...I think you will see this company become a great e-commerce play. All small companies have the same situation facing them (convertible stock vs. debt) as they raise capital to expand and grow...The fact that these entities put up $30 million AFTER seeing GDNO's management and plan says something!
