Hi Greg, I heard about your company through a friend. I have just started reading your thread and I find it refreshing to see a CEO who is willing to keep the people that are willing to take a chance on his company informed about developments. I liked your statement about having a pet peeve about companies that don't do this --->you said---> (I have been an investment banker all my life (adult life that is), and one of my re-occurring pet peeves has been the lack of communication between public companies and the shareholders and investment community as a whole) and I feel the same way, but my biggest pet peeve is companies that make statements to the effect that they are going to do something by a certain date and then don't do it. In #reply-7444842 (jan. 23rd) you said that you would be filing a form 10 within the next 60 days. What has caused the delay? You're not just another one of those CEO's that will say anything to try and get people to invest in your company are you? Sorry to sound so harsh but I have seen this happen too many times. Where is it? z...........
