"The service that Chase developed, currently in an employee pilot, includes proprietary software to let companies present bills on any Web site they want."

Obviously, an incorrect statement, can't just start presenting bills on ANY site, unless they have special powers or something. At this point in time, major billers have more incentive to sign up directly with CheckFree than Chase. CheckFree's own lockbox service is a good example of this. Pete said that they tried to sell the lockbox service, but with 3 employee's and making tons of money, it didn't make sense. Banks lockbox service has been robbing billers for years, EBPP lets the billers take control of their money.
