One possible way of telling is to watch what happens to price of gold once all these accounts are settled :-)
If gold starts rising after that..at least it will add to the speculation..
I guess we need to find the date of when the central bankers started trashing gold ..and the reasons they gave at the time and the state
of fiat money then
