George, I don't think this is something that the "little guy" can pull off alone. But, there are other options out there: look at Mark Sagarin's post, #31. I know there is a smart venture capitalist or two lurking out there who might be on the fringe, but could have enough connections to pull off something of this magnitude. I am not the guy, but if anyone knows a VC that's looking for a challenge, send him our way...
