I would agree with you that this is probably still a good time to buy. The sale of shares is on a best efforts basis and there will have to be promotion and attention on the stock to make that happen. I see there being good support at this level. The IR person indicated that the FDA meeting was positive with probably a minimum of the end of year for any filings to be completed. That goal is far shorter than the 2 year horizon discussed here.
