I dont own any GDNO stock anymore, like I said I got out weeks ago, but I wouldn't be surprised if there were shareholder lawsuits due to the "take-under" price those 10 million shares were sold at. Since this is an OTC:BB stock, they can probably get away with it legally, but if this were an established company the existing shareholders would be screaming bloody murder. 3 dollars isnt anywhere near 22 dollars!!
