Briefing.com gets it right again - they always do:

08:20 ET: The S&P futures are trading 2 1/2 points below fair value, suggesting a slightly lower open for stocks...a slight negative is the prospect of imminent bombing of Kosovo, which is one reason German stocks are down 3%, and other European markets are down as well...in Asian, Japanese stocks fell 3.15%, Hong Kong 3%...3Com earnings were in line with lowered expectations after a warning, and this morning, Read-Rite is warning.

09:45 ET Dow +3, Nasdaq +1, S&P +0.31: Modest up open as expected, but indices have already come off their higher a bit, as Nasdaq was +5 and Dow +25...possible airstrikes against Kosovo could be having some restraining effect, but underlying caution existed anyway...it is also earnings warning season, and scattered warnings are coming out...breadth opens slightly positive...
