Big news. The market apparantly agrees. I jumped in this as quickly as I could this morning. I wonder if an IMOT-like move is in the works. This company has revenues, and apprears to be investor friendly, with a shareholder messsage board on their website. 90% stake in the 3rd largest ISP in China sounds pretty good to me considering that the market cap at day beginning of HRCT was only 9 million.
