<<face value>> No problem there...however short term I felt it could be taken in the negative, so when we got really soft before the close I made an exit. I did not know about the 14A at that time...it was purely a traders guess. Looks like the market is not too happy. We have about 40k traded at 2 3/4 so far...the whole time the specialist has been showing a 2k bid size....hummmm.....lot of downward pressure right now but that can change....I still like AXC and look forward the their turn at bat. I can see 2 1/2 as a possibility...but what do I know? just guessing. wayne
