IMOT has a competitor as of today. HRCT announced they are taking a 90% stake in the 3rd largest ISP in China. HRCT has a market cap of less than 10 million (at todays open), which is way less than IMOT. HRCT has been reporting and is shareholder-friendly, with a message board on their website. Already moving today on strong volume. THe price? Under a buck. For those who want to diversify their China internet plays, HRCT may be a good fit. Ted
