SteveG, all: Someone take a shot at this, if you please.

Commco has been a huge seller since early February. In the face of over 1.5 million shares for sale ARTT is up 40% from the price they began selling. (Around 7) Clearly, there has been tremendous buying pressure to offset the selling pressure. My question is why, with tons of buying coming in, not let the stock run to 10 or 12 and THEN sell.

It doesn't look like they were trying to maximize the share price at all, just dump it as fast as they could. Why kiss off an easy 20%?

What do you think of this: Financing deal requires Commco to reduce their stake below 5%. (Reduced it to 4.99%) Had to sell as fast as possible without killing the price because of the upcoming 1st quarter deadline for financing.

Anything else make sense?

Appreciate feedback.
