Yes! Very Important to take note ...October 1996 yet! I stated..."Notice that Noorda's lawyer and long time friend Mr. Sonsini of Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati, is one of our Directors. Are his interests with Noorda, himself, Novell or the shareholders? "

One Board member to "OUST" is Mr. Sonsini of Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati....Are there any other?

This annual grant of stock seems high for their past performance..."Directors also receive a new annual grant of 15,000 shares". What do you think? How about an annual grant based on performance of the stock and price...Let's say option that can be exercised at $20.00 or higher and give them 30,000 shares!

EKS

P.S. Other posted information on our Board...Remember?

P.S.S. Yes, I sold 1/3 of my shares today simply based on the time element to make this CEO decision and the future prospects for this company in the next 18 months. There is real value here but it is not worth the unexpected future decisions our current BOD and management have on thier plate. Specifically, if they start spending that $1 billion w/o any SI BOD representation...I am out!

Do I have a hole in my head or do I want long time friend Mr. Sonsini of Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati, making very important decision regarding the future of this company! Hell No! Comments?
