Arnold,
The California Stock Technology Newsletter has picked made some remarkably bonehead picks over the past few years. RDRT, MACR, IFMX, all of them picked in mid-20s and rode back to single digits, just to name a few. Don't hang your hat on their picks. Some come back (MACR has come back quite nicely), other don't, or at least haven't. I would actually be happier if they threw in the towel on EXBT.
