I was told that the reason Computron was delisted was when they decided to pull their annual report and have it recalculated that they violated a NASDAQ rule. Apparently NASDAQ requires atleast a yearly annual report and when Computron said they were dropping their report and having AA recalculate it, NASDAQ dropped them for not having a report on file. I heard that CTRN has filed an appeal and this could take up to 90 days.

I heard from a third party that the discrepancy was only $4 million, but to CTRN that is a percentage total of yearly revenue.

A good sign is they are still making contracts. I read where they sold their products to Donnelley & Sons and Bethlehem Steel.
