Ides of March was also corporate tax filing d-day and maybe other
investments of Mr & Mrs Reardon required rasing cash or maybe it
was just downside risk protection in case we all wake up April 1 fooled (hopefully not). Remember Commco and related concern Horizon have a lot of other grants they got by application and/or acquired from friendly parties and some deal involving it could be in
process with ARTT,T WCII or some new freq player.
