Vitronics announces resignation of president
NEWMARKET, N.H.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 19, 1997-- Vitronics Corp announced today the resignation of its president and chief operating officer, Ronald W. Lawler, to pursue other interests.
James J. Manfield Jr., chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company, has been elected president and has assumed Lawler's responsibilities.
