How does this affect Dell? Since Dell has its assembly plant in China, it's not an import is it? Should actually be good for Dell and bad for IBM/CPQ. Gee, maybe that's why 5fer announced increased investment in CPQ's presence in China just a few weeks ago. Regards and aloha.
